Message from the Managing Director

The team at MultiArray has been working to bring you new features and I am excited to announce a number of new releases that we will be rolling out in the coming weeks.
  • The first version of is now in testing phase and will be released in Sept.  It will contain key statistics about your portfolio.   
  • Auto Bar Code Reading feature has been completed and it is undergoing testing.
  • The two-way integration with Maintenance Manager has been completed. Once the property manager has approved maintenance invoices, these invoices will be automatically added into our system ready to be paid.

Our popular mobile solution auto SMS feature, ‘Open For Inspection Buyers’ is being widely used by Sales Staff and Property Managers and will soon include ‘Appraisals’. This module will be integrated with Core Logic RP Data. We are currently working to improve loading time and these improvements will be progressively released.

Workshops on these solutions will be rolled out soon.  However, if you want to know more about any of the new features, please give us a call.
