MultiArray has clients across Australia using its existing real estate applications and recently introduced a totally new leading edge solution. We need a bright, outgoing person in the role of software support consultant to join our National Customer Support Centre in Adelaide.
The applicant will be responsible for delivering software support for this new system and for existing MultiArray software. Full training in our software products is provided and the right candidate will develop new skills to progress to different positions within the support team.
Essential requirements for the role are:
- Detailed operational knowledge of business processes of a Real Estate office
- Experience in the use of real estate business software
- High level of English communication both oral and written
- Highly developed listening skills
- Ability to quickly gain knowledge and understanding
- Strong problem solving abilities
- An interest in learning computer skills
- Ability to explain solutions in an effective and customer focused manner
- Excellent team working skills
This role would ideally suit people with prior real estate experience wishing to return to the workforce working part time hours.
