Commercial Statements and Reports
A variety of additional owner statements and reports are available for commercial properties.
Energy Meter Billing
The system allows for the entry of metered energy readings (Gas & Electricity) and the calculation of bills based on user defined tariffs. Energy bills may then be invoiced to tenants.
Budget Forecasts
A budget forecast may be entered for each building for common expenses dispersed to each of the tenants – these are automatically divided and billed over user specified periods (monthly payments etc).
Tenant payments may be reconciled with actual at end of year and the shortfall invoiced to tenants (or overpayments credited).
