MultiArray strongly believes in protecting our customers' long-term interests and therefore we offer the software under a "licence fee" model, similar to MYOB or other gold standard software solutions.
An initial once-off software licence fee is required to purchase the software, and upgrades and full software support are covered by a monthly fee. Should your business status change and ongoing support is no longer required, (e.g. your company is sold to another company), full access to your valuable data you can be maintained using the originally purchased software.
When considering systems that offer a ‘Pay As You Go’ agreement with low upfront costs it is advised to bear in mind that by entering into such an agreement, access to the software and your company’s data may only be available as long as subscription or rental fees are paid to the provider.
